Leadership pathways

Leadership pathways is your chance to take the lead on campus with support from the Student Affairs team. 

Choose the path that fits you best:

Pop-up events

Have an idea for something bold, timely, or fun? Pop-Ups are student-led events that bring fresh energy and ideas to campus. You might host a workshop, panel, hackathon, networking night, or anything that gets people thinking and connecting.

Propose a pop-up
Proposals must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance.

Spark meetups

Looking to build community around a shared interest? Spark Meetups are casual student-initiated gatherings. Think hiking groups, game nights, or pickup pickleball. If it brings people together, it’s a Spark.

HYPE projects

Have a big idea that could make a lasting impact on campus? HYPE Projects are student-led initiatives that solve challenges, improve the student experience, or bring something new to CMU-SV.

Propose a HYPE project
Proposals must be submitted at least one full semester in advance.

Help plan campus events that reflect what students really want and keep community at the center. Fun Squad applications open at the end of each semester.

Peer Career Consultants (PCCs)

Support your peers with resume tips, interview prep, and job search strategies. PCCs are trained by our Career Services team and gain valuable coaching experience. Applications open at the end of each semester.
