Rafal Wlodarski
Assistant Teaching Professor, Electrical and Computer Engineering
Rafal Wlodarski is currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program at Lodz University of Technology. His research interests lie at the intersection of software engineering (software development methods in particular) and pedagogy (focus on bridging the gap between software engineering education and industrial needs).
In the course of his dissertation work, Wlodarski assessed iterative and sequential software development lifecycle models applied by student teams in order to create a hybrid approach that is best suited to projects in the higher education setting.
His professional career outside of academia includes several years of experience in software development and management. In his free time, Wlodarski enjoys electronic music and taking aerial photographs.
