Hear from past attendees of Converge and how they successfully navigated the career fair. Learn the layout of the event, how to leverage the Mixer space, and practice your pitch for an internship or job. “How do I make a lasting impression when I meet employers to get an interview?” “How can I talk with employers about internship and job opportunities – even if they don’t currently have the job I’m looking for on their website?” You may be asking yourself these questions right now – attend this workshop and find out the answers to these and other questions you may have.
By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:
- Practice how you will approach employers and start a conversation
- Plan & prepare your pitch for your internship or job
- Strategize how to leverage Converge for your next steps in your internship or job search
