In this presentation, we will delve into the basics of how Bitcoin works and we will go over the basics of Proof of Work and the way it’s utilized in Bitcoin. The second half will be dedicated for looking into Proof of Stake and how platforms like Ethereum plan on implementing it. Time permitting, we will have a discussion on the benefits and challenges of using one versus the other.

The presentation will be broadcasted from the Pittsburgh campus.
